国家统计局数据显示，目前全国农村尚有万贫困人口，约占农村居民的7.2%。

年世界银行指出，考虑到全球各个国家的平均收入和发展水平都不一样，他们决定重新设定贫困线标准。他们将现行的每天1.90购买力美元的国际极端贫困线标准保持不变，但是又增加了两个新的贫困标准：将中低收入国家的贫困线标准定为每天3.2购买力美元；将高收入发展中国家的贫困线标准定为每天5.5购买力美元。这样形成了赤贫线1.9购买力美元，中低收入贫困线3.2购买力美元每天，中高收入贫困线5.5购买力美元每天三个贫困标准。中国在左右成功成为中上等收入国家，这样中国对应的世行贫困线标准相应上升到5.5美元（购买力）每天支出。按照世行新标准，中国贫困人口是3.08亿，贫困率是22.16%。

如果按照美国人和西方发达国家的所定贫困人口的标准，中国应该有将近10亿人属于贫困人口。

后面我有几个表格和统计数字，大家一看就明白我们和西方的差距。

中国有一种穷人，叫做“绝对贫穷”，他们的年收入不到人民币元，平均每天不到人民币1.87元，他们过着“衣不蔽体，食不果腹，饥寒交迫”的生活。这样的穷人，中国还有万人。

中国还有一种穷人，叫做“低收入”者，他们的年收入不到人民币元，平均每天不到人民币2.63元。

按照联合国的计算标准，每人每天平均收入在1美元(注：年世界银行将此标准提高到1.25美元)以下的属于“绝对贫穷”，每人每天收入低于2美元的属于“低收入”。

如果说中国的贫富不匀情况严重，那么中国医疗资源和教育资源的分配不匀则是全世界最严重的。

中国农民中有医院，医院就要背一身债务，搞到“家破人亡”，医院，最多是“人亡家不破”。

我们不要被表象所迷惑，以为城市的高楼大厦和满街的汽车就代表了富裕，却不知道这只是少数人的富裕。

现在最低工资标准达到元以上的只有五个，北京元，天津元，浙江元，深圳元，上海元，而同属北上广一线城市的广州，目前的最低工资标准是元，为什么要制定最低工资标准呢？因为这些城市还有很多人工资低于这个水平，不得不强制规定，所以你知道了，处于元工资水平的大有人在，比如比较普遍的餐馆服务员，超市员工，保安之类的。

所以估计全国一个月工资-元在35%左右。

我们看一下中国人收入的最新统计：

第一组是“高收入组”，占人口20%，人均可支配收入元，月均元。

第二组是“中等偏上收入组”，占人口20%，人均可支配收入元，月均元。

第三组是“中等收入组”，占人口20%，人均可支配收入元，月均元。

第四组是“中等偏下收入组”，占人口20%，人均可支配收入元，月均元。

第五组是“低收入组”，占人口20%，人均可支配收入5元，月均元。

《公报》基本涵盖了全中国绝大部分居民，样本量足够的大，换句话说，只要你的月收入达到元，你就碾压了80%的中国人，达到了中国前20%人群，政府给你划分的类别为“高收入组”，如果你的月收入能达到元以上，你也干掉了60%的中国人，属于中等偏上收入，也算是体面人了。。。

我们再看一下西方的穷人是多穷?
